Which filament will perform best for print a GT2 belt? I’m thinking about ninjaflex, but It will stretch a bit. Is any better choice?
Depends on the load you want to drive.
Remind, that regular GT2 belts are reinforced with nylon or steel wire inlays to minimize stretching.
Yes, you are right. Is not for a real printer, I just want to test a small scale model and be able to test motors and kinematics of the design. I’m trying to figure with what material I can print better a belt.
maybe tpu is a good choice
Thank you, I will try with that material.
NGEN flex from colorfabb wil probably do the trick.
Nice, the specs seems good. Also I was looking to the Ninjatech Cheetah
